As the winter sports season wraps up, we are all looking forward to sunnier, warmer days outdoors! What better place to enjoy spring than on the football field.

Jr Spartan Football had a RECORD turnout for Spring Flag Football 2023 registration. 175 players signed up!!! Wow. This is massive growth and exciting energy.

The Jr Spartan Board and so many parent helpers, along with the support of the FHC High School Athletics Director and Football Program, spent 2022 strengthening the Jr Spartan Football organizational infrastructure to be able to accommodate all of this growth - and even more! 

We implemented a new tech platform that is sophisticated and robust. We added high level trainings for our coaching staff. We recruited more coaches with youth football experience! We got lots of great new equipment. We raised a lot of money through good old fashioned hard work.

Better yet, we focused intently on player experience and development. We started creating a culture of excellence, and winning.  We started talking about inspecting what we expect. We put our Core Values (Servant Leadership, Relentless Effort, and Love) at the center of everything we do. We started talking about championship football.

It was not perfect. However, perfection is never the objective. Progress is. Understanding this is key, and why our Jr Spartan leadership team has been able to keep moving us in the right direction.
